Short Term Plan

Short Term action plan (1) Upto June 18, 2018, six hundred forty (640) cadres selected from different district of five states shall be imparted basic scout master training. Details of the selected districts are mentioned hereunder:

Likewise upto June 18, 2018 six hundred forty (640) cadres selected from different district of five states shall become trained as a basic scout master.

Short Term Action plan

Upto March 2019, 5813 cadres from 100 active districts shall be imparted basic scout master training.

 

Long Term Action plan

Under this plan, 12.5 million youths shall be prepared for Jamiat Youth Club during next 10 years (till 2028)

According to the plan, every year 1250000 fresh members shall be enrolled in JYC.

Training

·       Basic scout master training shall be imparted at district level.

·       Every member has to undergo compulsory scout training

·       In every district a five days long training shall be conducted for commissioner label. At least one member from every district shall be imparted commissioner level training.

Office Bearers

1.          A committee shall be constituted consisting of 11 members at district, state and national level. Office bearers shall be selected out of this committee.

2.          Three or two members shall be members of state scout committee from state Jamiat Youth Club. Likewise in the district scout committee two or three members of district Jamiat youth club shall be included as its members.

Special Activities

1.          The members of Jamiat Youth Club shall participate in the national and international level programmes.

2.          They will apprise the people about their services.

3.          Quarterly news bulletin about their activities shall be published.

4.          They (MEMBERS) will avail magazines that cover topics of state and national issues and send them report of their activities for publication.

 

Fee Structure

1.          There shall be compulsory fee for getting enrolled in Jamiat Youth Club.

2.          Enrollment fee for a period of six month shall be 100 INR.

3.          For the time being expenditure incurring on training shall be born jointly by Jamiat and trainee candidates.

4.          Regarding expenditure, progress report of one year performance shall be evaluated before taking any fresh decision.
